A LEOTARD AND SHORTS/LEGGINGS ARE IDEAL. OTHERWISE, VERY TIGHT FULL COVERAGE UNDERGARMENTS AND VERY TIGHT FITTING CLOTHING, ESPECIALLY AROUND THE WAISTBAND. IT IS SURPRISINGLY EASY TO LOSE YOUR SHORTS OR FALL OUT OF YOUR TOP MID JUMP. ADDITIONALLY, THE GYM LIGHTING LEAVES NOTHING TO THE IMAGINATION.
FOR THE SAFETY OF ATHLETES AND EQUIPMENT -
NO ZIPPERS OR BUTTONS.
LEGGING POCKETS ARE OK SO LONG AS THERE ISN'T A FLAP THAT COULD POTENTIALLY CATCH ON SOMETHING.
REMOVE RINGS, DANGLE EARRINGS, NECKLACES OR OTHER JEWELRY THAT COULD POTENTIALLY CAUSE DAMAGE OR INJURY.
A YOGA MAT AND REFILLABLE WATER BOTTLE IS RECOMMENDED, BUT NOT REQUIRED.

NO. I TAKE A HANDS OFF APPROACH. OSOFIT IS BASED UPON MANIPULATING AND MOVING YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT IN A CONTROLLED MANNER. OSOFIT TEACHES SKILLS IN PARTS AND THEN THE PARTS ARE COMBINED. MATS AND PROPS ARE AVAILABLE TO SUPPORT ATHLETES.
