Hello! I’m Coach Elyse and I’m a former competitive gymnast with over 10 years of experience and a current coach going on my fourth year. I study Kinesiology for Health Sciences, and work as a physical and occupational therapy aide - helping patients recover and stay active. I am certified in CPR, First Aid, Injury Prevention, and Athletic Taping. I am very passionate about combining my athletic background with science-based training to support and inspire the next generation of athletes.
