I'M SARAH!

I fell in love with gymnastics watching the 1992 Summer Olympic Games, and that spark has never faded. My journey led me to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and to explore both the art and science of movement.

One of my greatest joys is introducing someone to gymnastics for the very first time—it never gets old. I believe gymnastics is the perfect environment for building lifelong strength, mobility, and flexibility, and it should be accessible to all ages.

At Osofit, we’re creating a community that uplifts lifelong learning, mindfulness, and healthy living—where everyone can discover what their body is capable of.
